🔍 Position:

Network Diploma Engineer Trainee (N-DET)

📍 Locations:

  • Mangaluru

  • Hassan

  • Chikkamagaluru

  • Sirsi

  • Karwar

🎓 Education:

  • Diploma in EC / E&E / CS / Mechanical

  • 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches can apply

👨‍💼 Experience:

  • Freshers preferred

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

  • Support network rollout

  • Perform network testing and performance support

  • Conduct surveys, audits, and supervise new network setups

  • Resolve trouble tickets and customer complaints

💰 Salary Structure:

  • Apprentice (0–12 months): ₹12,000/month

  • N-DET (13–25 months): ₹25,000/month

  • Field Engineer (Post 24 months): ₹30,000/month

🚀 Career Progression:

  • Start as Apprentice → Move to N-DET → Grow into Field Engineer

  • Opportunity to pursue WILP B.Tech programs from institutes like BITS Pilani / MIT (based on performance)
